At City Mall, we strive to offer the best shopper services and facilities to each of our visitors on every level of the mall. We have escalators, ramps & elevators that ease mobility from the basement level to 3rd floor. We also have stairs for those who want to get in some cardio.

Parking

City Mall offers more than 456  parking lots, with a majority located at the basement level.

PWD parking facilities are located at all main entrances and are clearly marked.

Security

City Mall has contracted  Securex Agencies Ltd, who are a global security provider combining the talents of ex-military and police officers with innovations in security technology.

Extensive security measures are in place around the mall including 24 hour CCTV, patrols by uniformed guards on every floor and around each parking area, security checks at all drive in entry points and at all entrances leading into the mall.

We maintain a strong relationship with the local Kenya Police from whom we obtain timely information required to ensure the mall’s safety.

Islamic Prayer Room

​Prayer room is located on the 2nd floor (phase III).

The timing:- 9am to 8 pm.

Our prayer room offers adequate privacy as the ladies and gents rooms are separate and have an ablution area each.

PWD Assistance​

Wheelchair access is possible via main entrances while PWD restroom facilities are available on the ground and 2nd floors of the mall. To ensure easy accessibility for our PWD visitors, designated parking bays are provided at each main entry point to City Mall. In addition, we have smooth but safe ramps at our main entrances from our basement entry's.

Family Washrooms

Our newest wing now has this facility located at the ground and 1st floor. City Mall is a family mall that brings privacy and comfort to families.

Kids Play Areas

Kidzania Adventures:- located at the 3rd floor (phase II) of the mall . In addition we have a 9D cinema and pony rides at the 1st floor of the mall.
